Like to gamble? Here’s what’s coming soon to your Las Vegas casino floors

Looking for new and exciting gambling games?! Well, look no further because we’ve got you covered. Earlier last month at the Global Gaming Expo new sports betting terminals, themed slot machines, and 4D spinning games were revealed and we are here to fill you in the latest details.

Sportbetting Terminals

Imagine being able to bet on your favourite sport in a private terminal which includes a 27-inch interactive touch screen. This is what the CrystalBetting Terminal from IGT offers gamblers. It allows them  to “place bets, create parlays and watch games in real-time.” Reno Gazette-Journal.

According to ISI Race & Sports “The terminal will offer Real-time wagering: in addition to pre-game wagering, players are provided with extensive in-play and real-time wagering suggestions tailored to the events they’re watching.”

Themed machines

New slots machines are coming to town and it’s based on your favourite theme. For example gaming publisher, Konami revealed a slot machine at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas themed after the Silent Hill survival-horror stories. While a bit dark compared to the bright and colourful slots that make up a majority of the casino floor, Konami officials said: “the time was right to roll out something different.”

Another slot machine that will be hitting casino floors soon is Star Trek: The Next Generation. When this slot machine was revealed at the Expo last month it attracted a great deal of attention as people were lining up to play. “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” is programmed inside a cabinet with a 43” LCD screen displaying sights and sounds from the popular series that will blow your mind.

Casino PR Newswire mentions that “Aristocrat’s all-new EDGE X™ cabinet features two stacked, horizontal, curved 43″ LCD screens displaying panoramic views, with stereo symphonic surround sound and a virtual button deck, all in a cabinet that occupies a larger-than-life footprint.”

4D Screens

The new spinning games are creating a buzz and for good reason. Wheel of Fortune slot machines have been on the casino floor for more than 20 years and this is why the machines received the upgrade they deserve! Equipped with a 4D screen technology making the spinning images pop off-screen which makes playing much more entertaining and enjoyable.

Other games such as Carnival of Wonders’ will allow players to grab a mallet and to strike a lever to score points. Each machine will include a digital slide bar permitting players to adjust the intensity of the 4d images in case you feel like playing the traditional way!
