Walmart announced opening its parking spaces across the state for COVID-19 testing. The parking lot will act as a testing site starting Monday.
The company announced opening ten sites, five of which will be in Las Vegas.
In a statement made by the city of Las Vegas, they said, “The sites will test adults who meet CDC and state and local guidelines on who should be tested, including first responders, health care providers and others with symptoms of COVID-19 and those in high-risk groups without symptoms.”
According to Kevin Loscotoff, Walmart’s spokesman, “Walmart is part of the community, and we are proud to help support the expansion of COVID-19 testing in Nevada during this unprecedented time.”
